Founded by Denise in 2016, D-Squared aims to help clients find operating efficiencies by reviewing and redesigning business processes. D-Squared's specialty comes in coaching leaders of organizations in new technologies that can improve communication, engagement and productivity, while they transition through organizational change.
I felt compelled to partner with Denise because I was moved by her vision of helping businesses "grow beyond the numbers". I believe helping people grow personally and professionally is just as important as financially. It's not always about the numbers.
